OnlyRaves Terms of Service

            Important: OnlyRaves operates as a platform service only. We do not organize, host, or take responsibility for any events listed on our platform.
        

1. Platform Service

OnlyRaves provides a digital platform that enables users to create, discover, and share information about underground music events. We act solely as an intermediary service provider and do not organize, sponsor, host, or assume responsibility for any events posted by users.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for any events you create or attend
You must comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
You will not use the platform for illegal activities
You are responsible for your own safety and the safety of others at events
You will provide accurate information when creating event listings

3. Platform Limitations

OnlyRaves operates on an invite-only basis to maintain community quality. We reserve the right to:

Moderate content and remove inappropriate listings
Suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
Temporarily suspend service for maintenance or security reasons

4. Limitation of Liability

OnlyRaves, its operators, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

Any incidents, injuries, or damages occurring at events
Actions or omissions of event organizers or attendees
Accuracy of event information provided by users
Any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

5. Intellectual Property

Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant OnlyRaves a license to display, distribute, and promote such content on the platform. The OnlyRaves brand, logo, and platform design are protected intellectual property.

6. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. All user data is encrypted and stored securely. We do not sell, share, or distribute personal information to third parties. Please review our Privacy Policy for detailed information.

7. Beta Service

OnlyRaves is currently in beta testing. The service may contain bugs, undergo changes, or experience temporary unavailability. Users participate at their own discretion.

8. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or platform notifications.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be resolved in German courts.
